Getting Out of Your Own Way - How to Bring Your Business Vision Into Reality

When running a small business, particularly if you are in Health and Wellness, as you tend to be a little more hands on with your clients, it can be challenging to know when to turn certain tasks over to a contractor or make the decision to hire a part or full time employee.


The tendency of Entrepreneurs, who have not built a thriving business before, is  to do everything yourself for as long as possible...because YOU know your business and vision best, and quite frankly, you may be wondering how cash flow will support taking on the people with the expertise to help grow things to the next level. 


I'm here to let you in on a little secret... "You can't make your dreams and vision happen in a vacuum." 


You must reach out to people who will cause you to stretch beyond your comfort zone in order get to the next level; and that is where people often tend to get in their own way. But the opportunities are only viable if you make the time to do the activities which can provide big results.


So the next time you say you "can't" when it comes to hiring help (we are not talking full time employees in mosts instances, but contractors), think of what it's costing you in terms of forward motion and leading your business, rather than staying overburdened, working in your business.
