1) Share “How To” tips on applying or using your product or service.
What are best practices? How do you get started? What are the main things to keep in mind? Etc.
2) Answer most commonly asked questions.
What do most of your prospects have questions on when looking to buy what you have? What are common misconceptions? Break things down in easy to understand bite, sized pieces for people.
3) Share a story of how someone was helped by your product or service.
Testimonials and success stories go a long way towards establishing credibility.
4) Share an article or post that you may believe will be of benefit from someone who is respected in your industry (or outside of it).
Did you find an article someone else posted to be beneficial? Perhaps your network will as well. Don’t be afraid to share someone else’s content.
5) Share your take on where the industry is going and why.
Your insights may help someone choose to make a purchasing decision or position them as someone who wants to keep in touch with you, as a result of your knowledge. You know more than you think you do.
When you share your expertise and insights online, you are giving people a trail of breadcrumbs to follow, which leads ultimately to your Linkedin profile, where they can learn even more about your skills and expertise and then get in touch with you if they believe you can be of benefit to them in some way, shape or form.
So, don’t be afraid to learn more, share your expertise, get and stay relevant and deliver more value across the board.
