Think about that for a minute.
On any given day, you may be taking kids to school, helping to care for aging parents, needing to answer a zillion emails, dealing with an illness or that of a loved one, attending meetings, making presentations, studying for that class you decided to take, going shopping, making dinner, doing laundry and the list goes on in infinitum.
So when do you have time to actually make progress rather than barely keeping your head above the raging current you are trying to manage called life.

When you decide to keep the main thing the main thing.

Of all the things you would like to accomplish or achieve…
Creating a larger income, better relationships, a healthier body etc. what is the ONE THING that could make an impact on ALL of those things.
It may be to increase your income and get out of debt because that would eliminate stress in the household, allow you to do more for yourself, for your family and the community, sleep better at night and offer security now and in the future. Wow! All that from getting a grip on that ONE THING.
Or, if you finally lost that unwanted weight and committed to being fit and healthy, you would increase your self-confidence, have more energy, be more productive, set a better example for your children, all of which could change the trajectory of your life and potentially impact future generations. Holy smokes! That’s HUGE! And it is a result of focusing on that ONE THING.
Now, don’t get me wrong, the one thing can have a number of components … but in committing to take the daily action necessary in order to bring it into reality, you are simultaneously impacting numerous areas of your life in a positive way.
So keep it simple. Decide what your one thing is and incorporate daily...keyword... DAILY activities that will get you there. Start small, gain daily wins, build momentum. THAT, my friends, is how champions are made!
