Fact: As a rule, the human body burns fat most efficiently at our target heart rate (which is 80 percent of maximum heart rate). A workout commitment of 25 minutes 5 times a week can get you major results and change your entire body. Can you see yourself carving 25 minutes out of your day to get fit? Maybe before or after work... during your favorite TV show or right after dinner?
