Everything revolves around this. Are you managing your life in such a way that you are getting enough sleep, regular exercise, and eating in a way that nourishes rather than just fills your body?
YOU are the one responsible for how you show up in any given situation; making sure that you have the foundation necessary to make it all happen gives you what you need to be present and at your best...no matter what the day throws at you.

Are you really busy, but rever seem to get your big goals accomplished?
Review how you are spending your time...minutes turn into hours when you are surfing the net, going through tons of emails that are not necessary or watching TV. Guard your time with your life...DO NOT waste it.
Something that is not given enough credit in terms of stress relieving qualities and overall rejuvenation is exercise. It’s often the first thing to go when our calendars fill up, which is ironic because it’s a mainstay in terms of helping to manage stress.
If you’re absolutely slammed, at least fit in some deep breathing exercises during your commute, or do a five minute prayer or meditation first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
Replacing negative stress reducers…(alcoholic drinks, hours vegging in front of a TV) with healthier form of stress reduction will help give you a clearer head, more energy and a body you can be proud of, so that you can show up each day in the BEST version of you that you can be!

While we cannot control the ongoing change around us, we can control our reaction to it.
Focus on seeing things as they are, not better than they are or worse than they are.
Don’t chase shiny objects. You don’t HAVE to be involved in every new trend, app, program or gadget that comes along.
Make an effort to live in the moment, not lamenting the past or being fearful of the future.
Turn off your phone off and be fully present with yourself or the people you are with.
Work, health, stress, family, change, growth, contribution, and community are all fragments of what we are comprised of. Being conscious about nurturing each one determines how well we manage and live our lives ... preferably to the fullest ... whatever that means for you.
